Duties may be paid and grand chops granted to Juntts Anding with the Colony

This is important in

Conclusions.
After perusing all these documents one cannot but feel that the Hong Kong fimmission has placed itself at a great
disadvantage

to their Report the notes of Evidence
or

copies of the Records of the C. P. O. upon which
they found their conclusions of fact.
He Chamber of Commerce
were no doubt andious to see the Report in order to ascertain how far they
were warranted
by the evidence
